Title: IPC Section Head

Role Description
· Designs and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing, and evaluating all production, QC and warehouse activities.
· Developing, applying, reviewing, and maintaining quality standards for processing into all manufacturing facilities.
· Control and improve continually existing operation, for increased quality, productivity, efficiency and preparing relevant documentation for inspection procedures of manufacturing process.
· Responsible for ensuring conformance to in-house specifications and good manufacturing practices and ensure that IPC procedure and test methods are comply with the updated vaccine valley quality systems.
· Prevent any potential standards and guidelines compliance gaps and risk, and ensure remediation activities for existing gaps are ongoing to be comply with updated guidelines
· Share in preparation for and escorting of quality – related audits conducted by corporate and regulatory agency.
Duties
· Conducting daily closely following – up to all operation process to ensure compliance with GMP, Quality standards.
· Investigates operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions, In conjunction with handling daily troubleshooting for production deviations.
· Ensure that appropriate systems are in place to meet or exceed the requirements of quality system through managing IPC team and functions.
· Coaching the IPC team toward achieving high performance.
· Ensure that IPC procedure and test methods are comply with the updated in vaccine valley quality systems.
· Responsible to ensuring that batches released for commercial fully meet requirements.
· Ensure accurate and timely completion of all tasks relating to day-to-day activities.
· Established work schedules and prioritize activities to meet company required.
· Ensure all documents related to finished products produced are properly maintained and control.
Required qualification
– Bachelor of Science or any relevant major.
– 8 – 10 years of experience.
– Hard worker.
– Managerial and leadership skills.
– Outstanding communication skill
– Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
