Quality Assurance & Control Manager at Beyti Egypt
Responsible for managing and directing quality control activities in support of the company’s operations functions and responsible for follow effectively execution for the company’s process control and quality management systems to meet customer and legal requirements.
Manage all QC Laboratories (Microbiology-Chemical-Milk-R&P) and manage process of finished product release to ensure compliance to all applicable laws and regulations and the integrity of operations and products.
Responsible for the correct and cost-efficient functioning of the laboratory including personnel safety and availability of equipment to carry out analysis, internal and external quality control.
Performs trouble shooting and corrective action follow-up of non-conformities.
Lead and motivate QC team in the achievement of their objectives.
Responsible for the analytical competence of technicians to perform the required analysis and inspection.
Validate and establish validation dossiers for new and existing methods to ensure that these methods are compliant with validation standards of the company.
Collaborate with Operation department and other functions to support new product development and manage quality control programs.
Develops and analyses statistical data and product specifications to determine present standards and establish proposed quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.
Responsible for determining QC annual budget and develop mentoring system with finance.
Bachelor’s degree in Food Science or related subject with specialization in Food, Beverages, Dairy.
Minimum of 8 years’ experience – 6 years professional management experience in a large organization in related field.
Previous experience in similar/ relevant business.
Experience in HACCP/ ISO implementation with certified companies.
