we are hiring: quality Assurance Specialist.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Develop quality assurance standards and company processes.
* Adhere to industry quality and safety standards.
* Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand.
* Work closely with the development team to improve existing products.
* Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production.
* Ensuring that products and services meet the established standards set by the company.
* Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
* Performing routine inspections and quality tests.
* Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports.
* Making recommendations for improvement.
* Creating training materials and operating manuals.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor of Science in a related field.
* 2 to 3 years of experience in a similar role in food related industries.
* Sharp attention to detail.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Meticulous and diligent attributes.
* Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
* Excellent data collection and analysis skills.
* Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards.
