Quality Assurance Specialist At Lesaffre Egypt

Job description
We are looking for a Quality Assurance specialist to Ensure proper implementation of quality, hygiene and food safety requirements and prevent introduction of poor-quality product/service by following up the following activities:
· Pest control activities follow up

· Auditing the process for ensuring the compliance to the procedures and standards

· Supporting the operation via conducting trials, investigating the root causes of the non-compliance

· Following nonconformity and deviations according to quality control results

· Conduct internal audits for QMS and FSMS

· Participating in the customer surveys

· Assure the compliance of the product/RM with the specs

· Blockage and deblock age of products and raw material according to the specs

· Participating in the customer satisfaction surveys

· Assure the compliance of the product/RM with the specs

· Follow up the implementation of food safety & Hygiene

· Implementing the protocols for new trials

· To manage new raw material approval process of quality side

Requirements:

University degree/ chemistry/microbiology section or similar degree
Gender: Female or Male.
From 0 to 3 years of experiences
Fluent English written and spoken.
High analytical, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proactive person.
Leadership & Problem-solving skills.
Excellent Communication Skills
