Quality Assurance Specialist At Right Foods

 

Right Foods is looking for Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:
1. Quality Controllers deliver the Process Sheet on a daily basis for the quality specifications of the products, which also show the important checkpoints and how to inspect them to ensure that the final product comes out in conformity with the required quality standards.
2. Ensure the implementation of quality instructions within the departments by receiving daily follow-up reports from quality monitors.
3. Matching the results of the actual sample analyzes provided by the quality monitors with the required results and raising recommendations for the inputs of the production process to ensure that the product comes out with standards that conform to the required specifications.
4. Develop a plan for calibrating the measuring devices inside the departments based on the items found in (ISO 22000) and making sure that there is an approved calibration certificate for each device that confirms the absence of any deviations
5. Conducts periodic training for all factory departments, which includes quality and food safety instructions to ensure that the product conforms to standard specifications.
6. Ensures that the quality monitors have completed the registration of the required data with quality forms.

Qualifications:
– 3-5 years of experience
– Bachelor of science or equivalent
– FMCG work experience is a must.
