Devising ways to improve the manufacturing process to ensure higher-quality goods.
Improving, and reviewing new procedure, work instruction for quality analysis needed.
Monitor in process control, food safety checklist at all process.
Supervising inspectors, technicians, and other staff members and providing guidance.
Overseeing product development, R &D trial test (short & long Run) and record all quality parameter test.
Inspecting the final output, comparing it to the requirements, and approving or rejecting the final products.
Keeping accurate documentation and performing statistical process control analysis.
Gaining feedback from customer complaint, attending meetings, submitting reports, and assisting external auditors and inspectors.
Ensuring legal obligations are followed and ensuring compliance with regulatory bodies and with health and safety regulation.
Excellent command of English Language.
Food processing and packaging is preferred
TQM, ISO-22000, HACCP, Food safety, six sigma .
Familiar with quality testing tools and procedures .
Ability of Analyzing ,Tracking and Monitoring
Bachelor degree, Science or Agricultural.
Excellent communication, presentation, analytical skills.
