Quality Specialist

• Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, pharmacy, Nursing, or another medical field.
• Certified CPHQ or TQM.
• 1 year of experience up to 3 years.

• Job Description:

• Clarify and identify quality standards to hospital colleagues.
• Supervise and assist in recording and reviewing other departments policies and procedures.
• Continuously checking on the quality of services according to accreditation standards.
• Modify, Collect, And analyze KPIS.
• Participates in the education and training of the hospital staff on quality programs.
• Performs other related duties as requested by the head of the quality department.
