Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Complete all safety and required compliance certificates.
Receive training on assigned processes, ask questions when uncertain.
Comply with the direction and guidance given by the buddy trainer.
Train to procedures and correspondence related to the quality control
functions.
Learn to properly operate inspection equipment and use inspection tools
to evaluate product compliance to customer specifications.
Complete other tasks assigned by management.
Maintain appropriate throughput in QC departments from a departmental and individual employee perspective.
The ideal applicant should have:
fresh graduate (class 2020 or 2021) or senior year, faculty of agriculture, science, vegetarian, or equivalent.
Analytical mindset and attention to detail are required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Have a winning attitude.
