About the Job:
Elixir Pharma is seeking to hire to hire Receptionist/Admin Assistant position.
– Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
– Greet, support and direct visitors to the appropriate person.
– Schedule appointment, coordinate meetings and update business calendars for management team.
– Ensure proper facility management (i.e., internet, utilities, office maintenance, …)
– Assure office equipment are in proper status, such as photo copiers, phone systems, audio visual data show and arrange for repairs upon malfunctions.
– Perform clerical duties such as filing and photocopying.
– Manage the catering process for office staff and during meetings.
– Keep track record of office supplies and liaise with suppliers to ensure safe inventory stock.
– Submit travel, accommodation and logistical requests for sales team via CRM system.
– Maintain the attendance machine system and generate the required reports when needed.
Required Candidate’s Profile:
– Female, holder of a bachelor’s degree.
– 0 – 1 year of relevant administrative work experience.
– Residency near Sheraton Heliopolis is preferred.
– Good communication skills.
– Fluent in English written and spoken.
– Comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
– Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects at hand
– Hard worker, energetic, supportive and eager to learn.
