Liptis Pharmaceuticals in Egypt is pleased to announce that there is a position opening for an 𝗛𝗦𝗘 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 in the HSE Department. We are looking for a qualified and highly motivated professional to apply to our state-of-the-art manufacturing complex which meets and exceeds all international standards.

𝗝𝗢𝗕 𝗗𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗥𝗜𝗣𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡:
• Plan, coordinate, and implement health, safety, and environment guidelines, policies, and procedures
• Assist in the development of project-specific HSE procedures
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and risks, and to ensure HSE compliance
• Provide HSE training which includes orientation sessions for new employees
• Investigate accidents or incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions
• Attend all HSE meetings that include pre-job, planning, and client meetings as required on HSE-related matters
• Ensure the workplace is compatible with HSE company policies and safety standards
• Support HSE personnel in the development of workplace HSE campaigns and good practices
• Manage and control risks and prevent any loss of properties or people
• Follow the best control program
• Work closely with the Occupational Health and Safety Office & the Ministry of Civil Defense
• Monitor environmental performance metrics and develop strategies for improvement
• Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in HSE management

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
• Bachelor’s degree of Pharmacy, Veterinary, or Science
• Minimum of 8 Years of Experience in a similar position in a reputable company
• Proficient in Auto CAD
• Occupational Health & Safety Administration (OSHA) Certificate
• Occupational Health & Safety Specialist from NIOSH
• Training of Committee Members
• First aid Training
• Training in Civil Cities
• Excellent Command of the English Language (written and spoken)
• Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Office)
• Problem Solving Skills
