* Duties & Responsibilities:
• Daily order confirmation.
• Creating and signing invoices.
• Contact distributors to create new shipments.
• Weekly report est. order & sales.
• Handling the client’s issue.
• Analyzing Distributor orders and coordinating with the distributor for sales performance enhancement.
• Good analysis and reporting skills.
• Good knowledge of car spare parts.

* Job Requirements:
• BA in Business Administration or a related field.
• 0~2 years of experience in the Automobile Business Sector / Relative field.
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and French languages.
• Excellent computer skills and Microsoft Office {Excel & PowerPoint}.
• Able to make efficient and effective reports.
• Good analytical skills & expedite the resolution of customer concerns & maximize satisfaction.
• Team management skills.
• Good problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
