Job Description

Establishes and maintains liaison with relevant law enforcement and government officials, including maintaining active and useful memberships in security associations
Administers security devices and settings at all Company facilities
Serves as the department liaison
Monitors, evaluates and coaches the performance of staff
Leads project teams and sub-teams to develop and implement new programs, systems, tools and process improvements
Develops and sustains subject expert-level information of core applications utilized by the Global Safety and Security Organization
Responsible for the development of Change Management, Organizational Readiness and Technical Training programs and materials to support new or updated applications and tools within the Global Safety & Security organization
Oversees planning to support the execution of tests and rollouts of technical projects or application enhancements
Manages sustainment of existing business applications and tools, ensuring current sustainment models and support plans are in place
Drives standardized change control process used to intake assess, prioritize and manage implementation of system issues, enhancement requests and new initiatives

Job Requirements

7:10 years Proven experience as safety manager
Deep understanding of legal health and safety guidelines
Ability in producing reports and developing relevant policies
Good knowledge of data analysis and risk assessment
Excellent organizational and motivational skills
Outstanding attention to detail and observation ability
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
