Write long- and short-form social media messages that attract new users and engage current users.
Develop and implement a corporate social media strategy.
Help convert our brand fans into loyal customers with engaging, responsive, responsible, surprising, and captivating social media interactions.
Encourage greater social media participation.
Identify opportunities to influence public perception through audience engagement and publicly speaking about the brand’s social media strategy.
Manage and oversee social media content.
Measure the success of every social media campaign.
Define most important social media KPIs
Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer
Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Stay up to date with the latest social media practices and technologies.
Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
1 – 2 years of experience in social media field.
Good command in spoken and written English.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
Good understanding of social media KPIs.
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
Good time-management skills.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
