Job description
The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for Supply chain data analysis and methods to forecast and improve a company’s delivery of products and services to its customers.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Create performance reports to supply chain management to review.
Identify and analyze supply chain trends.
Investigate pain points within the process and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and inefficiencies.
Monitor and collect data on current operations, including scheduling, sourcing, warehousing, production, and delivery.
Gather data on each step within the supply chain and using it to recommend changes to reduce cost.
Communicate with other departments within the company to identify efficiency issues, develop solutions, and implement changes.
Ensure compliance with the company policies and procedures.
Support the continuous improvement of supply chain processes and procedures.
Track data to build cross-functional dashboards that serve in decision support, monitoring, and improving the whole business functions.
Maintain documentation for the problem, identification, definition, and solving procedures.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer Science, Business Informatics or any related field.
2 – 4 years of experience in supply chain planning, preferably within FMCG industry.
Strong analytical and statistical capabilities.
Excellent Use of Microsoft Office and SQL.
Understanding of e-business / e-procurement systems.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong Leadership skills.
Ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Solid understanding of manufacturing, transportation, and warehousing.
Microsoft SQL certificate is a plus.
