Supply chain planner At Aujan Coca-Cola

Aujan Coca-Cola, a leading FMCG company located in industrial zone, 6 October, is looking to hire the following position:

Supply chain planner

· Schedule the Production plan to meet Sales requirements and minimum covering days.
· Schedule the supply and ensure the availability of materials to meet production requirements and optimum safety stock levels.
· Issue all need Requirement for RM/Packaging. Assess volume requirements against planning assumptions.
· Follow up with Material Controller for incoming materials and packaging.
· Monitor and control inventory change for (Finished-Raw Materials-Packaging Materials)
· Identifying and addressing any potential supply chain risks or bottlenecks
· Monitor and control raw materials consumption.
· Take follow up actions in relation to material shortages that affect production
· Implement all processes to agreed standards and targets and support continuous improvement initiatives and identify areas of improvement
· Communicate with the sales team any sudden change of plans.
· Ensure that production schedules operate effectively and are appropriate to meet production targets.

What makes you great

· University degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent.
· 2+ years of Supply Chain experience within a manufacturing company
· Very good communication skills.
· Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
· FMCG Experience is preferred.
· Proficient in excel
· Excellent English.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with people inside and outside the organization are required.
· Strong understanding of factors that influence manufacturing, cost and quality of operations is preferred.
