📃 Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Demand Planner to join our Supply Chain team. The successful candidate will support demand forecasting activities, analyze sales trends, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate demand plans that support business objectives and inventory optimization.

🗝️ Key Responsibilities

✔️Assist in preparing and maintaining demand forecasts for assigned product categories.

✔️Analyze historical sales data, market trends, and promotional activities to identify demand patterns.

✔️Monitor forecast accuracy and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

✔️Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Production teams to gather demand-related insights.

✔️Support inventory planning by providing accurate demand projections.

Generate regular reports and dashboards related to demand planning performance.

✔️Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as forecast accuracy, bias, and inventory levels.

✔️Participate in monthly demand review meetings and planning cycles.

✔️Ensure data accuracy within ERP and planning systems.

📕Qualifications

✔️Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.

✔️0–2 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Chain, Inventory Management, or Data Analysis.

✔️Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

✔️Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

✔️Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Data Analysis).

✔️Good understanding of forecasting and inventory management concepts.

✔️Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

✔️Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

✔️Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
