Accountant At AXA Egypt
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare general ledger transaction
Prepare purchase ledger transaction
Handling of company petty cash expenses
Prepare fixed assets transaction
Handling payment for staff claims
Assists new employees to open personal bank accounts with CIB
Prepare withholding tax reports.
Take responsibility for your own personal development ensuring you have full understanding of all procedures and processes
Contribute to the establishment of a good working atmosphere and relationships.
Adhere to AXA’s security and confidentiality rules specifically relating to medical evidence and client information
Establish and maintain good working relationships with CIB based on mutual respect for standards and service
Candidate Qualifications:
Technical Skills:
Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance
Excellent verbal communications skills is essential
Presentable appearance
Highly Numerate
Keyboard keys – English & Arabic Typing
Experience of Microsoft office
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Fluent in English Language
Skills
Working knowledge of Accounting and Payroll software and systems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Prior non-profit experience is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel.
Strong organization skills, flexibility and the ability to set priorities.
Ability to prioritize and juggle concurrent demands.
Work accurately with close attention to detail.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
