Key Responsibilities:

 Prepare general ledger transaction
 Prepare purchase ledger transaction
 Handling of company petty cash expenses
 Prepare fixed assets transaction
 Handling payment for staff claims
 Assists new employees to open personal bank accounts with CIB
 Prepare withholding tax reports.
 Take responsibility for your own personal development ensuring you have full understanding of all procedures and processes
 Contribute to the establishment of a good working atmosphere and relationships.
 Adhere to AXA’s security and confidentiality rules specifically relating to medical evidence and client information
 Establish and maintain good working relationships with CIB based on mutual respect for standards and service

Candidate Qualifications:

Technical Skills:
 Bachelor Degree in Accounting/ Finance
 Excellent verbal communications skills is essential
 Presentable appearance
 Highly Numerate
 Keyboard keys – English & Arabic Typing
 Experience of Microsoft office
 Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
 Fluent in English Language

Skills

 

 Working knowledge of Accounting and Payroll software and systems
 Strong written and verbal communication skills
 Prior non-profit experience is preferred.
 Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Access, Excel.
 Strong organization skills, flexibility and the ability to set priorities.
 Ability to prioritize and juggle concurrent demands.
 Work accurately with close attention to detail.
 Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
