We are looking for a Call Center Agent
Researching required information using available resources.
Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding customer service problems.
Providing customers with the organization’s service information.
Following up complicated customer calls where required.
Completing call notes and call reports as necessary and updating them.
Obtaining and evaluating all relevant data to handle complaints and inquiries.
Recording details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Implement the technical specifications, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
Build an outstanding service experience through good understanding of clinic operations and procedures.
Establish an effective communication between him/ her and his / her peers in order to accomplish the Departments goals.
Excellent communication skills
