In this role, you implement programs and actions aimed at the base of the food safety pyramid including material, process and product food safety specification development, GMPs (good manufacturing practices), hygiene and sanitation.
How you will contribute
You will work with key partners to ensure that food safety requirements are accurately translated into raw material, process and product specifications in a timely manner, provide basic food safety requirements advice to key stakeholders, and direct detailed technical questions to the Food Safety Team experts.

What you need to know about this position:
Leading the designing of the plant’s HACCP Program and ensuring the implementation to insure all food safety requirements compliance.
Ensure full compliance of GMP requirements on plant level.
Creating required Sanitation SOP and instruction based on MDLZ requirements and supervising the implementation as per the required plans
supervising all Pest control program requirements on the site.
Partnering with different stakeholders to ensure the compliance with MDLZ food safety standards as well as FSSC22000
Leading the Testing process for raw material and finished product as per the required schemes
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Sciences
Job specific requirements:
2-4 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry
Work schedule: Full time
