As an HR Specialist, you will be the forefront of shaping our team, managing our recruitment process from end to end and supporting us in attracting and onboarding top talents! Beyond recruitment, you will play a crucial role in fostering our company culture and supporting in other HR related topics and initiatives. All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from conducting phone screening calls, scheduling interviews with candidates, conducting interviews, and following up on candidates and hiring managers throughout the entire process ensuring a smooth and engaging recruitment journey. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure timely hiring. Collaborate with the HR team to understand departmental needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies to meet these objectives. Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure a smooth and seamless integration of new hires into the company.

Employer Branding & HR Initiatives

Represent and promote Red Bull’s employer brand in all interactions with potential candidates, enhancing our reputation as an employer of choice. Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR initiatives & events to hammer on our unique company culture, driving employee engagement and satisfaction. Coordinate and support the logistics for training sessions, contributing to the continuous development of our teams.

Administrative Support
Handle paperwork for new hires ensuring accurate employee records. Ensure confidential information is managed with discretion.

Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
Previous HR experience (including internships).
Passion towards starting a career in the HR field.
A people person with a passion for engaging with and positively impacting individuals.
A proactive & innovative individual bringing a creative approach to driving HR initiatives.
Passionate about Red Bull.
Team player with excellent communication skills.
Fluent proficiency in English & Arabic.
