HR systems Support Officer At CIB Egypt
To create, update and maintain all HR system records to ensure having accurate and reliable data. In addition, to and provide first level technical support to all HR system end-users (employees) to ensure that all provided services are within the acceptable standards and ensure work continuity.
HR Systems Support
Act as a first line of support for HR applications end-users (employees), through solving any system related issues in order to maintain the accepted levels of accuracy, consistency and services.
Update and review employees’ records on respective HR systems to ensure alignment with the approved organization structures or any equivalent formal approvals.
Review the HR systems (e.g. Oracle EBS, performance management system Taleo, Leaves Frame work) data regularly, to ensure that all employees’ related data and HR records are updated.
Test the outcome of the Application Developer alongside the HR stakeholders and follow up to obtain their final approval regarding the solution.
Provide training and assistance to end-users to enable them performs their work tasks efficiently.
Handle the performance management cycle on oracle system end to end in order to ensure that the Performance Management System is functioning properly from the technical perspective.
Upload the login date received from the SOC team in order to maintain the leaves framework module.
Ensure regular maintenance on all HR systems, to ensure that the systems are functioning properly.
Handle HR systems and applications’ projects coordination by following up on HR stakeholders to ensure that milestones target dates are met.
Policies, Processes and Procedures
Follow all relevant department policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
Follow the day-to-day operations related to own jobs in the department to ensure continuity of work.
Comply with all relevant CBE regulations, banking laws, AML regulations and internal CIB policies and code of conduct in order to maintain CIB’s sound legal position and mitigate any potential risks.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree of Commerce, Business Administration, Accounting, or its equivalent is required
Officer: Minimum 0 – 2 years of experience in the Information Services Industry
Very good command of English & Arabic languages
Time management & Team work skills
Writing, Reporting & Analysis Skills
Delivering results & meeting customer expectations
