Based in the Cairo office- as a member of the Middle East and Africa People & Performance team- you will partner with all business functions and play a critical role in shaping the talent marketplace at Kraft Heinz Egypt and beyond. As Talent Acquisition Business Partner- you will champion our Inclusive Hiring strategy for both experienced and early career recruitment and drive the business toward strategic hiring decisions for today and tomorrow.

You are the owner of the recruitment cycle- and in this role- you drive strategic hiring decisions through a best-in-class recruitment process while championing an excellent candidate experience
As we grow our business- you will also expand your network of great talent and be constantly on the look for creative solutions to sourcing and promoting our career opportunities
At times- your priorities shift- and you will need to connect with external partners (recruitment agencies) to support with spikes in recruitment needs or whenever you will need to shift gears while managing employer branding & recruitment marketing or internship projects
As the Talent Acquisition and Diversity- Inclusion- and Belonging champion- you will educate and coach the hiring teams- helping them through the hiring process and keeping them focused on attracting talent that can grow their full potential here at the Kraft Heinz Company.
Bachelor’s or master’s degree
Excellent English skills
Solid experience in recruitment from Graduate to Exec Level- either agency side or in-house
Ability to multitask and manage stakeholder expectations to ensure key deliverables are met
Capability to work to tight deadlines and in a high-volume environment
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced- vibrant environment
Experience as a recruitment business partner able to communicate with external and internal customers while ensuring a positive recruitment experience
Negotiation skills- able to spot opportunities and work collaboratively to find the right talent solution for every role
