We are looking for a HSE Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will be required to train employees on safety policies and practices, conduct regular inspections, generate health and safety assessment reports, and ensure that all occupational guidelines and regulations are adhered to.

Responsibilities

Implementation of occupational safety and health plans, civil defense and fire prevention to maintain a safe work environment and preserve workers and visitors •
Training workers on occupational safety and health ,following occupational safety and health procedures on how to evacuate and extinguish .
Support line Management in managing HSE Incidents, corrective/preventive actions
Follow up on the workers’ wearing of personal protective equipment and follow up the periodic medical examination of the workers. •
Making a record of injuries, accidents and corrective measures to prevent recurrence
Participate in Carrying out risk assessments and factory inspections. •
Promote a positive Health and Safety attitude amongst factory staff.
Very good communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Science ,Engineering , agriculture or a relevant field
HSE specialist course
3 to 5 years’ industrial experience
