Raya Foods; one of Raya’s subsidiaries is hiring a Quality Systems Specialist
What well you do:
Assure Quality Management System accomplishment, which is measured through internal and third-party audits through the internal instructions and procedures of process audit, Quality Gemba Walking and customers’ requirements.
Improve the standard work from Quality Team in order to assure that all procedures and tasks are done to Assure quality records though product and process audits, QSB (Quality System Basic) implementation& develop standard operating procedures as required.
Translate orders, contracts, specifications, and engineering drawings into inspection instructions.
Able to independently resolve most operations issues (customer requirements, facilities issues, technical problems) within set operations parameters, engaging Stakeholders.
Review Production Batch Records and other manufacturing-related documents to verify compliance, and record keeping for all mandated manufacturing processes, quality checks, testing, sampling, and sanitation activities.
Assure product overall quality related to manufacturing process reinforcing the product audit, quality and food safety culture though quality meetings and initiatives.
Assist in investigating and correcting quality-related issues (CAPA File including customer complaints) through collaboration with other departments.
Ensure that the system works on the latest specifications and Regulations related to food legislation.
Share knowledge, skills and information with other personnel in the Quality Department and across functional areas.
Participate in all regulatory, third party and customer audits and inspections, and corrective action response & perform other duties as directed by the Quality Manager.
Make strong decisions and the ability to solve problems.
Ability to work under pressure (in an extremely fast paced environment), meet deadlines (overtime work required) and make effective decisions.
The ability to build confidence in his relationship with the work team and make the work environment positive and stable.
The ability to lead and work within a team.
Strong presentation & Communication skills.
Coordination and Monitoring.
Must be able to effectively communicate ideas (verbally and in writing), be a self-starter and handle difficult reporting situations.
A good knowledge of Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMPs).
Good understanding of quality testing within the food industry to include analytical, microbiological and sensory evaluation.
Must possess a basic understanding of chemical and microbiological analysis and basic math.
Basic computer knowledge (Microsoft Office applications) and computer-based applications).
Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs; ability to lead others through.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Skill in organization and prioritization, and attention to details.
Strong team player and leader with the ability to work across multiple functions and disciplines.
Preferred: HACCP certification, Allergen Control training, Food Recall training, GMP training certification.
Good experience in the industrial field and FMCG.
