Raya Foods, one of Raya’s subsidiaries, is hiring a Quality Engineer

What will you do?

• Ensure that the CCPs (Critical Control Points) monitoring system is implemented and timely reported.
• Implement MSCS (Master Cleaning Schedule) with the hygiene and sanitation team.
• Follow up on the progress of IPM (Integrated Pest Management).
• Ensure that all food safety standards and PRPs (Prerequisites’ Program) are implemented.
• Responsible for product safety and quality throughout the manufacturing process.
• Responsible for performing sanitation verification testing on equipment and other areas required.
• Responsible for the correct recording and filing of all relevant record logs and documentation.
• Ensure employees are following all Food Safety and worker safety practices.
• Collect product samples for product development and the laboratory.
• Perform inspections on products, equipment, and machinery.
• Conduct temperature checks on products, ensure all HACCP, and Health Authority rules and regulations are followed, and manage log books.
• Report violations to management so they can take disciplinary action.
