Performs other related duties as requested by the head of the quality department.

Designs, schedules and conducts quality review audits as appropriate to the facility or service;

Customer relationship management Manager-(Private Hospitals Background)

Job Description
Establish CRM Strategic Plans, Policies & Procedures.
Drive VIP’s plans and procedures as strategic priorities.
Implement Customer Satisfaction with proper analysis for In-patients, Out-Patients & ER.
Respond to patient inquiries regarding physicians and services.
Respond to patients’ complaints regarding hospital services and ensure that concerns are handled properly.
Continuous coordination between patients, medical staff and all emergency workers when needed.
Help in the development of the department by suggesting and contributing to its developmental strategic plan and preparing and following up the implementation of operational plans to ensure their balance with the administration’s objectives.
Pre-rounds that include monitoring and assuring compliance of patient’s room with hospital standards in term of cleanliness and tidiness that will meet the patient satisfaction.
· Investigate in DAMA Rate and work on DAMA Retention.

Conducting a survey for patients about their satisfaction with the services provided to them.
· Perform periodical analytical reports on quarterly basis to management team and board of Directors.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor Degree from reputable university + Post Graduate Studies in Business Administration, Hospital Management , Marketing or Strategic Management.
In-depth knowledge in Customer Experience at Private Hospitals is a Must.
Strong Strategic & Leadership Skills
Desirable Qualifications:

Knowledge of various payrolls including tax and social security treatment.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, HR Diploma is a plus
