Assure all chemical tests on raw materials and in-process samples until final product, as per defined control plan.

• Apply raw milk and raw materials analysis.
• Apply semi, finished product chemical analysis.
• Analyze for prepared batches of juice, milk, fermented milk.
• Analyze for finished products of juice, milk, fermented milk.
• Conduct environmental analysis.
• Apply safety Practices in workplace.
• Apply data analysis and report results to lab supervisor/ lead.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree of science or agriculture science (Dairy technology).
• Experience (0-3 years of experience) in Chemical laboratory.
