Are you responsible for reviewing customer interactions to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance service quality?
Do you provide feedback and coaching to customer care representatives to elevate their performance?
Do you have the ability to analyze customer feedback and quality metrics to identify trends and develop data-driven solutions?
Do you have the necessary skills and experience?
Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience in a customer service environment.
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in customer care quality assurance or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with quality management frameworks (e.g., Six Sigma)
