Liptis Pharmaceuticals in Egypt is pleased to announce that there are positions opening in the Health and Wellness line for “Medical Representatives”, a line focused on promoting OTC products and face-to-face trade. We are looking for qualified and highly motived professionals for:

–    Faisal & Bolak & Dokki
–    Imbaba & Mohndseen
–    Nasr City & New Cairo
–    El Matarya & Ain Shams
–    El Minya
–    Luxor & Aswan
–    Sohag

JOB DESCRIPTION:

–    Achieve sales and market share goals
–    Presenting and demonstrating products to healthcare staff including doctors and pharmacists
–    Identifying and establishing new business
–    Meeting both the business and scientific needs of healthcare professionals
–    Organizing appointments and meetings with community and hospital-based healthcare staff
–    Reviewing sales performance
–    Liaise with and persuade targeted customers/healthcare professionals to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills
–    Assess clients’ needs and present suitable promoted products
–    Provide product information using suitable tools
–    Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions and symposium circuits
–    Work with sales team to develop tactics and implement brand strategies to ensure a consistent marketing message
–    Build positive trust relationships with customers to influence targeted group
–    Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
–    Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
–    Pursue continuous learning and professional development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data
–    Host speaker programs for doctors to come in and discuss healthcare issues
–    Constant prospection and finding new contacts within the healthcare field
–    Keep detailed records of all contacts, both potential and existing
–    Deliver sales reports to management and ensure KPIs are met

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

–    Bachelor’s Degree of Science, Pharmacy, Veterinary, or Medicine
–    Preferable Experience: Nutrition
–    Highly motivated and target driven
–    Strong organizational and time management skills
–    Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills
–    Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude
