𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
– Ensures quality of microbiological culture media by performing growth promotion testing.
– Performs sampling of raw materials, semi finished products packaging materials, purified water, machine final rinse water and air.
– Performs Microbiological examination of raw materials, semi finished products packaging materials, finished products, water and machine final rinse water & air.
– Performs isolation& identification of specified microorganisms by microbiological examination, morphological characteristics, and biochemical confirmatory test.
– Performs data entry and maintains all department records and documents according to current procedure and issue certificate for the examined samples.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Science.
– 2-5 years of experience as Microbiologist
– Industrial microbiology experience is preferred.
– Personal Care or Pharma industry experience is preferred.
– Excellent English Language.
– Strong analytical skills.
– Accountable and Detail-oriented.

This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering production targets while ensuring full compliance with GMP, safety standards, and operational excellence.
𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
– Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
– Post-graduate degree is preferable; PMP, LSSBB, MBA.
– 15+ years of experience in Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical Industry (Specially Semi Solid).
– Management and Decision-making experience.
– Experience in process design and validation

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
– Monitor the production plan and track actual execution versus the plan.
– Ensure manufacturing requirements are fulfilled and production orders are executed on time.
– Prepare and present a production capacity analysis report for machines to the Planning Supervisor.
– Prepare monthly requirements analysis to determine necessary materials for achieving the production plan.
– Monitor monthly raw material inventory levels in line with any changes in the sales plan.
– Issue purchase requisitions to the Procurement Department, considering minimum stock levels and supplier lead times.
– Follow up on the delivery status of raw materials.
– Work closely with local and external procurement teams to ensure material availability on time.
– Coordinate with other departments (Quality Control for incoming inspection, Procurement for purchase requests, Warehouses for storage capacity, and New Products for issuing raw material purchase requests).
𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
-Bachelor’s degree (Higher Education qualification).
– Up to 2 years of experience in the same field.
– Cosmetics or Pharmaceutical industry experience is preferred.
– Good command of English language.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Oracle system.
– Strong analytical, reporting, and data interpretation skills.
– Proficiency in Oracle ERP is considered a plus.
