We-Data is currently hiring Operations and support specialist with the below requirements:

The Product House Operation and Support Junior is responsible for supporting the 24/7/365  TE Group Call Center and TE’s Hosted Call Center Customers with the day-to-day operations, supporting and maintaining service standards for the Telecommunications Services. We’re looking for a technical Operation and Support Junior with hands on experience with telco systems solutions such as

·         Teleopti management solution.
·         Call center WFM management system
·         Lithium solution.
·         AES servers
·         Application support.
·         WFO Recording solution (select)
·         I-listen recording system.
·         Social media systems.
·         Contact Centers solutions.

Responsibilities will also include support of contact centers systems solutions project design, documentation, management, testing, validation and implementation for all contact centers projects. This position works with different business units and vendors to ensure TE standards to integrate and support new and existing Contact Centers, and all telco systems.


1.     handle daily operational tasks and reports
2.     support existing systems and implement any new server or operational requirement
3.     provide technical support for We group call center and Hosted Call Centers customers.  .
4.     monitor alarms and systems performance .
5.     May perform other duties as assigned
6.     Monitor sizing, upgrades and assure performance of all Product House systems

Basic Qualifications :

From 0-2 years’ of experience in current telco solutions.
Graduate of Engineering or Computer science and any related fields
Professional communication skills, able to customize message appropriately depending on audience, including customers and internal stakeholders
Strong organizational skills, able to co-ordinate complex projects involving multiple parties, interrelated issues and demanding timelines
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN/WLAN networks
strong analytical skills for timely reporting metrics.
Willingness to work weekends and after hours as required
strong organizational skills with attention to detail
problem solving skills, as well as continuous improvement process skills
strong project management skills
