A-Indirect Procurement Specialist

Grifols Egypt for Plasma Derivatives is hiring a (Indirect Procurement Specialist)
Job requirements:
– Min. 2 years of related experience in procurement
– BSc. Degree in Business administration , Pharmaceutical Science ,engineering or any relevant field
– V. Good in English , and Spanish is a plus
– SAP is a plus

Main tasks:
-Purchase all company needs , supplies , equipment and services
-Prepare and send requests for quotations (RFXs) to suppliers
-Research and identify prospective suppliers
-Follow up with warehouse to make sure that received products are matching with PO
-Issue Pos according to requested delivery dates , quotations and quantities and send it to the vendor
-Performs comparison and negotiations to secure lower prices and best quality for the company needs
