Site Name: Egypt – Cairo
GSK Consumer Healthcare North Africa is among the fastest growing market in entire GSK CH business. This growth brings many opportunities and challenges. This role will be responsible to support the different stakeholders on daily basis in identifying and managing risks.
Responding to problems (CAPAs Management): Support the business in conducting the root cause analysis – Support the business in designing the appropriate corrective and preventive actions with reasonable deadlines – Follow up with CAPAs owners to ensure CAPAs closure on time – Validate the implementation of the CAPAs.
Third Party Oversight: Support the business owners in doing the TPO in the right way, complete TPO actions/ tasks through ongoing follow ups, awareness and training – support the business in resolving the TPO gaps identified by IBM, and ICF confirmation – conduct the TPO management monitoring.
Monitoring: Work closely with business owners to ensure smooth implementation of the MM in the LOCs on time – Raise awareness and train the MM champions across the business/ functions – Validate the testing conducted by the MM champions – support the business during the IBM visits, by being the main point of contact between Business and IBM team, and help the business in providing the IBM all needed information and data on time.
Written Standards and Controls: To monitor the ‘’in-process’’2 controls to ensure local SOPs are implementing as intended – To ensure that all local SOPs are up to date, in use, and archived in a local repository.
Bachelor’s in Business Administration or Management with a specialization in Accounting or Finance.
Fresh grad / 1 year of work experience in consulting, financial analysis, auditing, decision support or business partnering.
Excellent advanced Microsoft Excel skills is a must.
Excellent English language skills (reading, writing and speaking).
Strong Power BI skills is a plus.
Strong analytical skills.
Strong communication and influencing skills – oral and written.
