Quality Specialist At Cilantro Egypt
Cilantro is currently seeking a talented Quality Specialist to join us.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐰𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐝𝐨:
– Manage the complaint cycle starting after creating a ticket through CRM, till the complaint is closed by the address responsible
– Review and follow-up for investigations done for validation and effectiveness to eliminate issues.
– Manage Non-conformities results from any system and CAPA for it.
– Document controller for the Organization.
– Address and discuss issues and proposed solutions with superiors.
𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐲𝐨𝐮 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐡𝐚𝐯𝐞:
Technical competencies:
1. Good knowledge of QMS and customer management system
2. Good knowledge of investigation process and RCA
3. Good knowledge of CAPA system
4. Good knowledge of OPL system
5. Good knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
6. Good knowledge of SIPOC and PDCA cycle
7. Good knowledge of document control system
Personal competencies:
1. Good at practicing office tools (word, excel, PowerPoint)
2. Good at English (read and write)
3. Structural mindset
4. Presentation Skills
Qualifications:
▸ Experience Needed: 1 To 3 Years
▸ Entry Level (Junior Level / Fresh Grad)
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree

5 working days “Fridays and Saturdays” off.
Working Hours: 8 hours.
Location: Maadi, Cairo
