Plan raw material and corresponding packaging supply
Ensure that raw materials are ordered in the most cost effective way and that Raw Material stocks are kept at the targeted service & inventory levels
Monitor supplier performance for key raw materials and pack
Create Monthly MRP Plan based on production needs and available inventories
Expedite and postpone raw and package materials to support and maintain a flexible production schedule while communicating with business units and support departments
Monitor raw and package inventory to achieve continuous improvement in inventory optimization
Work closely with the production planners to get the material requirements and issue the planned orders
Escalate to Procurement any material issue that may become a potential risk
Secure needed materials for any new trials or new initiatives
Monitor the R&PM planning KPIs and update ending stock report.
What you’ll need:
1-3 years of proven experience in the same role preferably in FMCG industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ERP systems is a plus
Excellent command of written and spoken English language
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
