Main Purpose:

Supervise all warehouse duties and inventories to ensure the availability of materials needed for the continuity of the Production operation taking into consideration all safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and assist in daily all warehouse areas including filling and shipping Sales orders.

• Ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation.

• Receiving incoming trucks and routing to appropriate, ensuring inventory transactions are accurately logged.

• Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet warehouse demands

• Interpreting company policies to workers and enforcing safety regulations

• Assists in unloading Products and placement in warehouse.

• Supervises the maintenance of the equipment aligning with the workshop and admin sectors.

• Responsible for the CAPA dealing with Quality and Safety Department.

• Ensuring handling the machine with exist diesel fuel

• Responsible for the all stock taking that happened in the warehouse.

Job Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree.

Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a similar field.

Languages: Very Good command of English language (Speaking, reading and writing).

Computer Skills: MS Word Skills Advanced MS Excel Skills Advanced MS PowerPoint Intermediate MS Outlook Skills

Advanced Working Conditions: Working Days: 5 Days/week [Sunday Till Thursday] Days Off: Two days/Week [Friday and Saturday] Working Hours From 08:00am till 03:00pm. Working Environment: 5% Outdoors and 95% of standard office work
