Al Doha Group has a new opportunity for “HR Specialist – Factory” to join our FANTASTIC HR Team!
Job Location:
10th of Ramadan City, Egypt.
Essential Responsibilities:
Recruitment Duties:
· Handling all blue collars/mass recruitment requirements
· Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
· Attracting suitable candidates through databases, online employment forums, social media, etc.
· Conducting interviews and sorting through applicants to fill open positions.
· Dealing with recruitment agencies as needed
Personnel Duties:
· Assist in processing all personnel action forms and ensuring proper approval
· Visiting social insurance and labor office when needed
· Assist in managing the medical & social insurance issues and offices
· Follow up, prepare all that belongs to the insurance office like sick leaves and insurance forms 1, 6, 2
Qualifications/Requirements:
· Minimum 1 to 4 years of experience in Recruitment & Personnel
· Blue collars recruitment experience is a MUST!
· Minimum education is Bachelor degree
· MS Excel savvy
· Good command of English is essential (written and spoken).
· Presentable and professional
· Team player and multitasker
