Duties & Responsibilities:

Participating in the establishment of the demand plans through checking the availability of finished goods and raw materials in the warehouses in addition to collecting all the required data required for the demand forecasting process, as well as Conducting proper investigation in case considerable variations we Responsible for supervising sales operations and tools from the CRM.
Responsible for the customer care operations.
Creating and developing sales reports regarding generated leads and quality control.
Responsible for the front line and sales transactions.
Regularly checking the availability of finished goods and raw materials in the warehouses to be taken into consideration when preparing the demand plans
Collaborating with the Sales function to validate the demand forecasts in the developed demand plans, and take the necessary actions to avoid any shortages or redundancy in inventory
Collecting all the data required for the demand forecasting process, including information from the sales & marketing function in addition to analyzing the market and studying the factors affecting demand plans

Generating accurate and reliable demand forecasts Cooperating with the Sales and Marketing function based on historical data and periodic market studies
Conforming the accuracy of generated forecasts in comparison with the actual sales figures on monthly basis
Conducting proper investigation in case considerable variations were found between the forecasts and actual sales figures and reporting findings
Documenting all the demand planning strategies, in addition to the actual sales to be used as a reference when preparing demand plans in the future as per Hikma’s policies and procedures
Continuously updating the designated information types in the ERP system as per Hikma’s procedures to ensure that the related functions have timely access to accurate and reliable demand- related information
Partner with Sales and Marketing department to refine lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
Enhance sales productivity by enabling the team to work smarter by simplifying processes
Create monthly content for executive presentations and board reporting
Track and analyze key metrics including pipeline growth, win/loss rates, and quota attainment
Own the end-to-end process of tracking the sales funnel and operational metrics and delivering regular insights to the business; define and deliver techniques to improve the funnel performance for sales management.
Refine customer segmentation, assist with territory management, and create a plan to enhance renewal and upsell processes
Maintain regular check-ins with Sales Managers/Enterprise Sales & Marketing Team who contribute to opportunity development to determine how sales opportunities are tracking against plan and identify any problems for internal review and problem solving
The ability to understand the strategic direction and goals of the Sales Department and support appropriate processes to facilitate achievement of business objectives
Well-developed capabilities in problem-solving and crafting efficient processes
Train sales team to utilize systems that increase sales efficiency, including IBP and additional sales operations tools

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science or equivalent.
2-4 years of experience in the same position
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, including Project, Excel and PowerPoint Experience.
Proficient in the use of analytic tools such as data gathering and analysis, spreadsheets, flow charting, and process diagramming.
Analytical & multi-tasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
